Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our consultant for any reason during the initial week of the assignment, Nelson Technology will immediately find you a new consultant at no additional charge.

For every client relationship, Nelson Technology agrees to perform to the following quality standards:

1. We will send a Letter of Understanding after each meeting.
2. We will inquire which is the best way to communicate with you.
3. We will follow-up with a Search and Status Update every 48 hours.
4. We will complete a consultant Profile on each consultant we submit.
5. We will conduct a Pattern Interview with each consultant we submit.
6. We will request On-Site, In-Person, Reference Checks for all of our consultants.
7. We will always provide consultants at Fair and Competitive Rates.
8. We will implement our Retention Program for each consultant we place.
9. We will perform a Quality Review at the end of each assignment.
