The Nelson Technology process for finding a job is simple and effective.

Submit your resume:
If you’re looking for a job, you can contact us through our Website or over the phone. One of our experienced recruiters will call you back within 24 hours to briefly speak with you and ask you to submit your resume.

Interview:
After submitting your resume, a Nelson Technology recruiter will review your qualifications. If your background, skill set and experience are a match for a position you will be contacted to discuss your qualifications and to arrange an in-person interview. At Nelson Technology we meet each consultant we place. This enables us to make the best possible match for our clients.
Please bring the following with you to the interview:
- Two hard copies of your resume
- Two forms of identification to prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Two or three business/professional references
Please allow one hour to complete the interview process.

What to expect after the interview:
Your Nelson Technology recruiter will act as your "Job Agent". They will assist you with the entire process, which includes:
- Arranging all client interviews
- Contacting all references given
- Preparing you for the interview
- Coordinating all communications with the client
- Handling the entire job offer process
- Assisting with any negotiations as needed

After an offer is accepted:
You will need to complete the following:
- Benefits package
- Employment eligibility verification form (I-9)
- Employee withholding allowance certificate (W-4)
- Employment Agreement
You recruiter will explain the Nelson Technology retention program that begins on the first day of work and finishes once you complete the assignment and have accepted your next opportunity.
